What do I do if I bought the wrong size of Comfeeze by Footlogix™?
We know that finding the perfect fit can be tricky—even with our fit guides. That’s why we offer a 30-day window to return or exchange your Comfeeze™ Recovery Sandals, if the size isn’t quite right.
✅ Before you begin, please note:
- 
You may try them on indoors on a clean surface to check fit. 
- 
Comfeeze must be unworn, unused, and free of visible signs of wear (for hygiene reasons). 
- 
Sandals must be returned in their original packaging and condition. 
- 
Due to hygiene considerations, a $4 restocking fee may apply to returns. 
- 
This fee does not apply if your item is defective or if we sent the incorrect size/item. 
- 
Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer unless your item is defective or incorrect. 
🚫 Please Note:
If your Comfeeze feel uncomfortable after being worn beyond the initial try-on, we unfortunately cannot accept them for return or exchange, as used footwear cannot be resold.
