Can I edit or cancel my Footlogix order?

To ensure fast delivery, we begin processing your Footlogix order immediately after it's placed. That means we’re unable to edit, cancel, or update shipping details once the order is submitted.

If your order has already shipped, it cannot be changed and must be processed as a return once delivered.
