Yes, Footlogix® products are formulated to be safe for all skin types, including:
- People with diabetes
- Seniors
- Individuals who are immunocompromised or at higher risk
We recommend use for individuals aged 12 and older.
If you are pregnant or nursing, we advise consulting your healthcare provider before use.
Are Footlogix® products tested on animals?
No. Footlogix® does not test any of its products on animals. We are committed to cruelty-free practices and ensure our products are safe and effective through ethical, non-animal testing methods.
Are Footlogix®products vegan?
Footlogix® products are formulated without any animal-derived ingredients. The majority of our ingredients are plant-based, making Footlogix® a vegan-friendly brand.
Note: While our products are not officially certified vegan, they are carefully formulated to be free from animal ingredients. Labeling standards may vary by region.
What makes Footlogix products different?
Footlogix® uses something called Dermal Infusion Technology®, which is a fancy way of saying our products don’t just sit on top of your skin — they actually soak in and get to work where you need them most.
Unlike greasy creams, our mousse absorbs fast and doesn’t leave a slippery layer behind. That means it can hydrate and repair the skin properly, so your feet stay soft, healthy, and able to breathe.
What is Spiraleen™?
Spiraleen™ is a powerful ingredient made from Spirulina algae. It helps protect your feet by fighting bacteria, fungus, and viruses, supporting healthy nails, and promoting smoother skin. It’s also gentle enough for
sensitive skin and people with diabetes.
Spiraleen™ is included in select Footlogix® products. Availability of Spiraleen™ products may vary by country due to local regulations.
Are Footlogix® products harsh or toxic?
No. All Footlogix® products are formulated to be safe, gentle, and effective — without harsh or harmful chemicals.
We comply with both European Union cosmetic safety regulations and California’s Proposition 65 standards — two of the most comprehensive and strict safety frameworks in the world.
Our formulas use ingredients at concentrations proven to be safe, and effective, so you can feel confident using Footlogix® every day.
Do Footlogix®products contain allergens?
Some products may contain horse chestnut, aloe, avocado,
seaweed, or iodine. These are safe for most people, but check labels if you
have known allergies.
What should I do if my Footlogix® product isn’t dispensing properly?
Here are a few common issues and easy fixes:
Too runny or liquidy?
Run the can under warm water for a few seconds, then shake it well.
Nothing coming out?
Make sure to shake the can vigorously before each use. Also, always dispense with the can held upright — holding it upside down can release the propellant without product.
Storage tip:
Keep the product in a cool, dry place — avoid extreme heat or cold, and don’t leave it in direct sunlight.
These steps usually solve most dispensing issues. If you're still having trouble, feel free to contact our customer service team.
Is Footlogix® organic or natural?
Footlogix® products are not labeled as strictly organic or all-natural, but many contain high-quality naturally derived or bioactive ingredients.
Examples include:
- Laminaria seaweed in our Exfoliating Seaweed Scrub
- Spiraleen™, a powerful extract from Spirulina microalgae, found in select products like the DD Cream Mousse
Our focus is on effective, science-backed formulas that are safe, results-driven, and gentle on the skin.

Select “Retail” under “I’m looking for,” then enter your address or postal code.

What are the pH levels of Footlogix® products?
The pH levels vary by product, depending on what it’s designed to do. Here’s a quick breakdown:
- Mousse: pH 8
- Callus Softener: pH 7 (neutral)
- Foot Soak: pH 5.2
- Exfoliating Scrub: pH 6.5–7
- Massage Lotion: pH 7
For reference, healthy skin has a pH between 4.5 and 5.5, and our formulas are carefully balanced to support the skin’s natural barrier.
Can I layer Footlogix® products?
We don’t recommend layering multiple mousse products at the same time. Instead, you can use them at different times of day for best results — for example:
- Use Rough Skin Formula in the morning
- Apply Cracked Heel Formula in the evening
This approach gives each formula time to absorb fully and work effectively.
What’s the difference between DD Cream Mousse and Very Dry Skin Formula?
Both formulas are designed to treat very dry feet and contain the same amount of Urea, but they’re slightly different in texture and use:
- DD Cream Mousse has a richer texture and includes Spiraleen® for added protection. It’s ideal for nighttime use or for those with extremely dry or irritated skin.
- Very Dry Skin Formula absorbs a bit faster and is great for daily use, especially for diabetics and mature skin.
You can even use them together — DD Cream at night, Very Dry Skin in the morning — for round-the-clock hydration.
How should I use the Footlogix® Double-Sided Rubber Handle Foot File?
For best results, follow these simple steps:
- Pair it with Callus Softener: Spray Footlogix® Callus Softener on clean, dry feet before filing — this helps soften hard skin and makes filing more effective.
- Use gentle pressure: Let the file do the work. Avoid pressing too hard to prevent skin irritation.
- Stop before turns clear: That’s a sign you’ve removed enough — no need to over-file.
- Know what you’re treating: Only use the file on dry, callused skin. If you see cracks or peeling caused by a skin condition (like athlete’s foot), filing won’t help — use the appropriate treatment instead.
What’s the difference between Cracked Heel Formula and Rough Skin Formula?
While both target dry, damaged feet, they’re designed for different levels of severity:
- Cracked Heel Formula is for deep cracks, split skin, or cases where there’s even bleeding. It’s best for more serious skin breakdown.
- Rough Skin Formula is ideal for dry, rough, flaky skin — especially the kind that feels scratchy like sandpaper. It also helps with superficial cracks and skin prone to fungal infections.
Not sure which one you need? Most people benefit from Rough Skin Formula unless there’s deep or painful cracking.
How do I use the Footlogix® Toe Nail Tincture?
For best results, keep these tips in mind:
- Be consistent: Use daily until the nail has fully grown out — this may take up to a year.
- Less is more: Just one quick spray (a microburst) is enough. Avoid over-applying.
- Skip the polish: For best absorption, avoid nail polish or stick to very light shades.
- Apply under the nail: Focus on spraying under the nail and onto the surrounding skin.
- Watch for sensitivity: A small number of people (about 1%) may experience irritation. Stop use if this occurs.
Note:
In the EU, this product is formulated with Clotrimazole, which is effective on the skin under and around the nail, not the nail plate or scalp.
In the U.S., the formulation contains Spiraleen®, a bioactive antimicrobial derived from microalgae.
How do I clean and care for my Comfeeze by Footlogix™?
To keep your Comfeeze by Footlogix™ looking and feeling great:
- Wash in cold water using mild soap
- Air dry in a cool, shaded area (not in direct sunlight)
- Wipe soles with disinfectant wipes as needed
- Avoid high heat or prolonged sun exposure, which can cause shrinking or warping
Treat them gently, and they’ll stay cozy longer!
Can the Nail Tincture Spray be used on top of gel polish or regular nail polish?
Ideally, you shouldn't use the Nail Tincture Spray on top of gel polish. Instead, try applying it to the edge of your nail where it meets the skin. You can use it on regular nail polish, but you'll get the best results if you use it on nails without any polish. If you do have polish on, it's better to use a lighter colour.
What do the numbers on the Footlogix® cans mean?
The numbers help identify each product quickly and easily, especially for professionals and reordering.
They were originally used for product recognition and are still visible today, even after our rebranding, which introduced new names and color categories to make the line easier to navigate.
