Why your Footlogix® can feels full but won’t dispense

If your Footlogix® mousse can still feels full but nothing comes out, the issue is likely related to how it’s been stored or used.

Footlogix products are packaged in aerosol cans that rely on pressurized gas to dispense the product evenly. If the can is tilted or inverted during use, it may release too much of the propellant gas instead of the mousse. This leaves enough product inside, but not enough pressure to push it out.

Here’s how to prevent this:

  • Always hold the can upright when dispensing

  • Don’t shake or spray upside down

  • Store in a cool, dry place — avoid heat, cold, and direct sunlight

Unfortunately, once too much propellant has been released, the can may not work properly even if product remains inside.
