Shipping & Returns Policy

We value your satisfaction and aim to make every experience with Footlogix® smooth and reliable. This policy outlines our shipping, returns, and refund practices for both domestic (United States) and international (including EU) customers.

Shipping

Orders are processed during standard business hours and typically ship within 2–5 business days. Delivery times may vary based on destination and shipping method selected at checkout.

We currently ship to the United States and select European countries.

Returns & Exchanges

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will gladly work with you to resolve the issue.

For all other returns:

  • Items must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date.
  • Products must be unopened, unused, and in original condition.
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the return is due to our error (damaged, defective, or incorrect items).
  • Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment.
  • Any shipping fees paid at the time of purchase (e.g. express shipping) are non-refundable, unless the return is related to a product defect or fulfillment error.

EU Customers: Your Right of Withdrawal

If you are a customer located in the European Union, you have the legal right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving any reason.

To exercise this right:

  • Contact us at customerservice@kvggroup.com within 14 days of delivery.
  • You must return the item(s) within 14 days of notifying us.
  • Products must be in resalable condition (unused, unopened, original packaging).
  • You will be refunded for the full value of the returned item(s), including the standard shipping cost (if applicable).
  • You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty.

We will issue your refund within 14 days of receiving the returned goods or receiving proof of return.
