Yes, we offer 30-day returns or exchanges if your Comfeeze don’t fit as expected. To be eligible, they must be unworn, in original condition and packaging, and only tried on indoors on a clean surface.

Because Comfeeze are considered hygiene-sensitive footwear, a $4 restocking fee may apply to cover inspection and handling. This fee is waived if the product is defective or we shipped the wrong item.

Please note: Once worn beyond the initial try-on, we unfortunately can’t accept them back, as they cannot be resold for hygiene reasons.

They generally run true to size; if you’re between sizes, size up. The separators should feel snug but not painful—enough stretch to create space without digging in. There is cushioning and some arch support, but fit preferences vary by foot shape.

Wash with mild soap and water; air dry. Avoid leaving them in hot cars/direct heat, which can shrink or warp the material. For hygiene, you can wipe them down after workouts.
