How many applications from one bottle?

One bottle is set to last you for at least 2 to 3 months. Each bottle gives around 160 applications.

There is a tingling sensation when I apply the Cracked Heel Formula. Is that normal?

Yes, with deep cracks there may be a slight tingling sensation, but it is perfectly safe to apply.
