My Order Says Delivered, But I Haven’t Received It, Now What?

  • Side doors, garage doors, or mailrooms

  • With a neighbor or building concierge

  • Behind or under outdoor furniture

Why this happens:

Sometimes, carriers will scan a package as delivered up to 24–48 hours early, especially during peak delivery seasons. It may still be en route and show up within the next day or two.
