What should I do if my Footlogix® product isn’t dispensing properly?

If your Footlogix® mousse isn’t dispensing properly, don’t worry, it’s usually an easy fix! Here are a few common issues and how to solve them:

Problem: The mousse is too runny or liquidy?
Fix: Run the can under warm water for 10–20 seconds, then shake it vigorously. The product may have been exposed to cold, affecting the consistency.

Problem: Nothing is coming out?
Fix: Shake the can very well before use. Hold the can upright while dispensing. If tilted or used upside down, gas may escape, preventing proper release.

🌡️ Storage Tips:

  • Store in a cool, dry place

  • Avoid direct sunlight or extreme heat

  • Don’t store below 32°F (0°C) or above 120°F (49°C)
